Account Clerk

5-day work week
Full Time

Responsibilties:

  • Handle AR & AP operation;
  • Responsible for general daily accounting functions;
  • Assist month-end closing and reports;
  • Commission calculation;
  • Assist on ad hoc project;
  • Report to the Accounting Manager;

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience;
  • Proficient in MS office applications (including Word, Excel, Chinese word processing etc.);
  • Well-organized and willing to learn;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Familiar in using 用友/ Peachtree will be an advantage;
  • Immediate available / short notice is preferable
